The reports and services listed below are generally non-refundable. The delivery-delay provision for Ask The Astrologer later in this policy is an exception to the general rule.

Refunds are not available because you supplied incorrect information or data. Please check your birth details, contact information and other entries before placing an order.

• Personalized Kundali, Premium Personalised Kundali and personal Kundali reports.
• Lal Kitab Reports, Fortune Report, Baby Name Report, Personalised Couple Kundli Matching, and Kaal Sarp and Manglik Dosh Report.
• Health reports identified as non-refundable and other reports available on the website.
• Consultations and online puja services.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund under this policy, contact our support team with your receipt or other proof of purchase and the relevant order details.

We review the request against the applicable service conditions and email you to confirm whether it has been approved or declined. Sending a request does not by itself guarantee a refund.

An approved refund is processed and credited within 7–10 working days. Bank processing and public holidays may cause additional delays.

Refunds can only go to the card, account or other payment method originally used for the purchase. We cannot send the amount to a different account.

If an expected refund has not appeared, first check the original payment account, then ask your card provider and bank about the credit and their processing times. If it is still missing after those checks, contact our support team.

Services marked as a sale or purchased at a discounted price are final sale. These purchases are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Completing a discounted purchase confirms your acceptance of this condition.

An astrologer is assigned once your question is received, so refund requests are not accepted from that point except under the delay provision below.

If no answer is received within 48 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays, you are eligible for a full refund or suitable compensation, as agreed.

Provide accurate contact details to avoid delivery problems or an incorrect response. If you cannot find the answer in your inbox, check your spam and promotions folders. Contact support about delays or refund concerns.

For help with a refund related to your personalized Kundali report or astrology service, share your order details, proof of purchase and the reason for your request. This helps us review your request.
